Onsite Property Risk Assessment

  • Arranging with the insured regarding a scheduled date and agenda for the survey.

  • Visiting the insured’s site at the scheduled date and time.

  • Meeting with the insured’s management and staff where underwriting information will be collected and insured’s loss prevention controls and fire protection design and maintenance will be reviewed.

  • Touring the entire insured facility.

  • Closing meeting with the participants where all preliminary findings and risk improvement recommendations will be discussed.

  • Preparation of report.
