Onsite Property Risk Assessment
The onsite assessment or survey is the most comprehensive form of assessment that consists of the following steps:

Arranging with the insured regarding a scheduled date and agenda for the survey.

Visiting the insured’s site at the scheduled date and time.

Meeting with the insured’s management and staff where underwriting information will be collected and insured’s loss prevention controls and fire protection design and maintenance will be reviewed.

Touring the entire insured facility.

Closing meeting with the participants where all preliminary findings and risk improvement recommendations will be discussed.

Preparation of report.
A Property Risk Assessment Report will be submitted within three weeks after the site survey. The standard report will contain the following sections:

Loss Estimates (EML/PML or MFL/MPL)

Property Fire Grading

Property Business Interruption Grading

Natural Hazard Exposure (Earthquake/ Windstorm/ Flood/ Lightning)

Site Plan from insured and/or Satellite Image from open source

Photographs (6 or more)
